Fully funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) and delivered through Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, Project Ikuna offers 12 short courses to upskill the Pacific workforce. These courses will help Pacific workers gain skills and knowledge to adapt to the future of work and thrive in life.

    • Money Confidence – Equipping people with the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions to support personal financial wellbeing, organisational performance, and improved regional prosperity.
    • Money Confidence 2 – Upskilling people with tools and knowledge to improve their personal finance management for the future.
    • Introduction to Leadership – Equipping people with the confidence to lead others.
    • Leadership Confidence – Equipping learners with new skills to effectively lead others and have confidence to progress within an organisation.
    • Wellbeing – Equipping leaders with skills to improve their wellbeing for work and home.
    • Kaitiakiatanga – Equipping people with the skills and knowledge to be sustainability leaders.
    • Preparing for your retirement – Equipping people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make informed financial decisions for their retirement and future.
    • Assertiveness & Confidence – Equipping people with knowledge and confidence to communicate assertively at work.
    • Conflict Resolution – Equipping people with conflict resolution skills and techniques that can be applied in the workplace.
    • Preparing for Home Ownership – Equipping people with the financial knowledge, skills and techniques to enable them to get into home ownership.
